Andy Horning In Two Debates

The Horning Campaign just posted to a LPIN candidates page on Facebook that Andy has been invited by the Indiana Debate Commission to participate in two debates with the candidates for US Senate from the Republican & Democratic parties, and of course has accepted. Dates, times, locations not yet announced.

Last US Senate Debate Tonight

Through two debates, Libertarian Rebecca Sink-Burris has been the grown-up in the room while Republican Dan Coats and Democrat Brad Ellsworth sling mud at each other. Get this: Rebecca actually answers the questions! It's really a novel concept to do this and not revert to talking points and personal attacks.

The 3rd and final debate between Rebecca Sink-Burris and the mudslingers will be widely televised in Central Indiana:

Gubernatorial Debates

Three gubernatorial debates have been set, allowing Hooiser voters to compare Libertarian Andy Horning side-by-side-by-side with Democratic challenger Jill Long Thompson, and incumbent Republican Mitch Daniels. From the Indy Star report:
The debates, which will be televised live, will be Sept. 16 at the Star Plaza Theatre in Merrillville; Sept. 23 at the Jasper Arts Center in Jasper; and Oct. 14 at the Indiana University Auditorium in Bloomington.
